(Oral) Present petition has been moved under Article 226 for directing the respondents No.2 & 3 for not harassing the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.4 to 9, who are alleging that their daughter has been enticed away by the son of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that representation/complaint (Annexure P-2) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Ms. Harpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
