This petition has been filed seeking interalia directions to official respondents no.2 to 5 for taking action on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.2.2023 (Annexure P-3). There is a threat to eliminate the petitioner and her family members from respondents no. 6 to 11, who forced them to enter into compromise in case FIR No. 15 dated 30.1.2023 under Sections 354, 452, 323 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhchain Singh, submits that the representation is being looked into by the DSP concerned, and appropriate action in the matter will soon be taken within two weeks. In view thereof, there is no need to issue any direction in the matter. Disposed of.
