Heard.

   In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony and smoothening future lives of the parties, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.3 dated 13.01.2010 registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana under Sections 452/323/148/149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
