ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 21.11.2022 fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, service could not be effected due to incomplete addresses. The addresses as given in the memo of parties are the same as are given by the plaintiff-appellants before the Trial Court in the plaint. There is no other way to ascertain the complete addresses of the plaintiff-appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
