The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance and disobedience of order dated 10.09.2019 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-43677-2017 and terms and conditions of settlement/agreement dated 09.09.2019.

On the last date of hearing i.e 26.05.2026, this Court passed the following order:- "The present contempt petition (s) have been filed for noncompliance and disobedience of order (s) dated 10.09.2019 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-43702-2017 and CRM-M-436772017 and terms and conditions of settlement/agreement dated 09.09.2019. As per settlement/agreement dated 09.09.2019, it was agreed by the respondents that all the property related documents would be returned and would not be misused, for which the respondents would be held responsible.

The present contempt petition (s) were filed in the year 2022 and till date, no compliance affidavit (s) has been filed by the respondents. One last opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which cost of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be imposed upon the respondents. On his request, adjourned to 29.05.2026.

Respondent No. 2-Raj Kumar Tayal who is appearing in person made a statement that no document is left to be returned and he would be withdrawing all the complaints filed against the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by respondent No. 2, order dated 10.09.2019 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-43677-2017 has been duly complied with. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 6.
