The present contempt petitions have been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 10.02.2026 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15332-2025, whereby, the following order was passed:- "The awarded costs have been handed over by the learned State counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned State counsel submits that the reply is ready and would be filed within a fortnight in the Registry.

For final arguments, adjourned to 20.07.2026. Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case."
