Complaint No. 89 dated 23.12.2012 titled as "Baldev Singh Vs. Pardeep Singh and Others"

Seeking quashing of complaint captioned above and order dated 29.08.2013 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial under sections 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 506, 34, 148, 149 IPC and order dated 13.03.2014 whereby the revision petition have been partly allowed, the petitioners have come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C..

On 04.11.2024, this Court had passed the following orders: "

On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Even today, none has put in appearance on their behalf. List on 19.11.2024.

It is clarified that in case the petitioners remain absent on the next date of hearing, then this Court shall dismiss the case for non-prosecution. It is further clarified that pendency of this petition shall be inconsequential." 3.

Today also, the petitioners are unrepresented. 4.
