The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking protection of his life, liberty and the property, which is alleged to be in danger at the hands of respondent No.5 and his companions and also for other directions.

Learned State counsel states that in the interregnum the petitioner stands convicted vide judgment dated 27.05.2022 passed by the Trial Court, rendering the present petition as infructuous. 3.

In view thereof, no further order required to be passed in the present petition. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
