(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing official respondents No.1 to 6 not to hold repeated inquiries as the utilization certificates, Annexures P-1 to P-17 for spending of the grant by the Gram Panchayat village Dalam, which grants were also received under 14th & 15th Finance Commission and after the notice physical verifications of the work and the enquiry notice dated 21.10.2022, Annexure P-20 on which the report Annexure P-22 stands duly conducted by respondent No.4. The precise grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on dated 18.10.2023 in CWP No.23714 of 2023 filed by respondent No.8, enquiry is being conducted against the petitioner.

CWP No.7140 of 2024 -2- 2024:PHHC:041975 However, on perusal of the abovesaid order, it is clear that this Court had given a direction to the Director, Department of Rural Development & Panchayats, Punjab to decide the legal notice within four weeks.

In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of. If the petitioner has any grievance against the enquiry etc., he is at liberty to avail his alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
