The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 01.12.2023, fresh notices were issued to the appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 to 7, 10, 12, 14 and 23. As per the office report the sole appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 to 6 remain unserved as they were not found residing at the given address. There is no report regarding service of the remaining respondents. No other address of the appellant is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
