Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.01.2024 fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands served and appellant No.2 is stated to have died. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellants. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.2. Respondent No.1 is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 stand served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
