At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the fact that the impugned order is revisable, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 17.08.2015.
