(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing criminal complaint No.NACT/5180/2015 dated 09.11.2015 (Annexure P-1) titled "Sarla Jhanwar v. DD Buldwell Pvt. Ltd." under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

On 12.12.2019, on pointing out by learned counsel for the petitioner that instant petition is covered by judgment passed in CRM-M28059 of 2013 (Sanjay Gambhir v. Raj Kumar), on request of learned counsel for the respondent, case was adjourned to 13.12.2019 to be shown in urgent list. However, on that date, none came forward to represent the respondent. Today also, respondent is not represented by anyone. Thus, it can safely be inferred that respondent is no more interested in contesting this petition.
