(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant has unfortunately died on 07.03.2024 and he has produced a letter dated 30.03.2024, written by wife of the appellant wherein it has been stated that she does not want to pursue the present appeal. A copy of the said letter dated 30.03.2024, is taken on record as 'Mark X'.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed being not pressed.
