The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

After arguing for sufficient time, counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner is a woman and has a child and these days, the trial Courts are not reluctant to grant bails in those cases where bail should be granted, she be permitted to file an application for regular bail straightway before this Court after surrender. 3.
Counsel for the complainant does not oppose such prayer. 4.
