Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Munish Kumar alias Munish Grover in case FIR No.51 dated 29.04.2018 registered under Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 379 IPC at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
