The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of result of draw of lots dated 05.12.2023 (Annexure P-4).

Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Advocate, at the outset, submits that petitioners have filed complaints dated 29.02.2024 (Annexure P-5) and dated 14.03.2024 (Annexure P-6) against selection of respondent No. 3 in the draw of lots. The complaint has been dismissed vide order dated 22.03.2024 and petitioners have not assailed the said order. 3.
