The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called thrice since morning. Further, there has been no compliance of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
