Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 35 dated 18.5.2015 under Section 307, 436, 148, 149, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Raikot, District Ludhiana (R).

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 13.8.2015:- "Notice of motion for 24.09.2015.

List along with CRM-M-25408-2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Baljit Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.24 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-26479 of 2015 -2order, petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioners vide order dated 13.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
