(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondent No.2 to 4 to expedite the investigation and arrested the accused, in cross-version FIR No.0173 dated 26.08.2023, U/s. 323,324,452,427,354-B,148,149 IPC, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, because in version FIR official respondents are harassing and torturing the petitioners and other accused despite knowing the fact that they already got bail in FIR No.0173 dated 26.08.2023, under Sections 323,324,452,427,354-B,148,149 IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur; and directing the respondent No.2 to decide the complaint No. UID 223089 dated 29.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner No.1 on the ground that FIR No.0173 dated 26.08.2023, U/s. 323,324,452,427,354-B,148, 149 IPC, P.S. Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur is false and fabricated.
