**** JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) Hearing conducted through Video Conferencing. The petitioner-Company, no doubt, is registered for trading in medicine, is also stated to be engaged in the business of operating Hostel Mess and facility shops in the special schools set up for meritorious students by the Society / respondent No. 2. It is claimed that in the previous two (02) years, the petitioner-Company was successful bidder for such an activity at the Meritorious School, Talwara Township, District Hoshiarpur. Grievance is that the petitioner's technical bid for a similar activity in pursuance to Tender No. 29 (Annexure P-5) for the same school for the next two years 2020-22, has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner-Company is not qualified.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the respondents having agreed to reconsider the issue and having been called for personal hearing qua the rejection of the technical bid, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ at this stage with liberty to seek DINESH KUMAR 2020.06.12 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
