Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.40 dated 23.01.2018, registered at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 452, 295-A, 506 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 20.08.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
