(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.271 dated 18.08.2019, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. The dispute in the present case allegedly is that after selling the house to the complainant in the year 2006 and delivery of possession, the electricity connection was also issued in the name of the complainant, however, the registry was not got done and a civil suit filed by RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.11.12 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-14131-2020 (O&M) the complainant in which stay regarding dispossession has been granted, is pending.

On 5.6.2020, this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to her complying with the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jatinder Kaur, has stated that the petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated with the investigation process. He has further submitted that the petitioner is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 5.6.2020, is hereby made absolute. November 10, 2020.
