Prayer made in the present petition is for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her minor children, who apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the behest of the private respondents.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has specific instructions to withdraw the present petition from her clients as the matter in question has been settled amongst the parties, thus, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
