The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 01.10.2025 passed in CWP-29713-2025, whereby, respondents were directed to decide legal notice filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 01.10.2025, affidavit of Dr. Avnish Kumar, Director, Research and Medical Education, Punjab, SAS Nagar along with speaking order dated 23.04.2026 has been filed in the registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of affidavit as well as speaking order dated 23.04.2026 shows that order dated 01.10.2025 passed in CWP-29713-2025, has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order dated 23.04.2026 in accordance with law. 6.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
