(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 21.07.2016 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul, District Mahindergarh under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and FIR No.424 dated 05.09.2016 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahindergarh. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in the instant case police has filed cancellation report. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
