***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing Criminal Complaint No.179 dated 15.09.2017 (P-7) and summoning order dated 16.09.2017 (P-8) as well as all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the matter requires appreciation of evidence, which can only be done by the trial court. Therefore, the petitioner is relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition, if he, so desires. Disposed of.
