(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to enquire the matter in question related to complaints (Annexures P-5 to P-7) by any senior police official at least from the rank of DSP deputed outside from District Fatehgarh Sahib or by constituting special investigating team and take action against respondents No.5 and 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, is directed to look into representation dated 22.01.2019 (P-7) filed by the petitioner before him, in a time-bound manner.
