Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Complaint No. 159 dated 24.9.2014 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with Section 420 IPC and summing order dated 9.11.2015 (Annexure P2).

Petitioner has challenged the summoning order (Annexure P2) and the complaint as well and all the pleas can be taken before the Court of Sessions and as such present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
