The fact that nobody had appeared on last date of hearing and today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner points out that petitioner is not interested in further prosecution of the petition, therefore, the same stands dismissed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 5.7.2018 and for non prosecution.
