According to para no.10 of the scheme, claim received beyond the period of limitation of 60 days can be condoned by the Chief Administrator upto 02 years. In view of aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Chief Administrator with an application for condonation of delay in accordance with law.
