Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 95 dated 14.7.2014 under Section 302, 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

Heard.

During the course of arguments, it has transpired that now the case is listed before the Trial Court for recording of defence evidence.

Hence, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner, at this stage, is made out.

Dismissed.
