"#  $ Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Maghar Singh, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala, submits that the petitioners, who were accused before the trial Court in this case, have been acquitted and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition however, reserving rights of the petitioners to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in case of any such eventuality.

Allowed to do so.
