This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 0077 dated 20.06.2017 under sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station Division No. 6, Jalandhar. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as complainant submit that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties, terms whereof have been reduced into writing before the mediation and conciliation centre.
In view of the above, order dated July 26, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
