(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct demarcation of land comprised in Khasra Nos. 209//13(8-0), 209//14(4-3), 209//15/1(1-14), 209//15/3(1-1), and 343(8-3) situated at Rahon-2, Tehsil Nawanshahr , District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Revenue Authorities at the first instance.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
