(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 18 dated 22.03.2024 registered under Sections 302 & 120 B IPC and Sections 61A/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act (Sections 328, 468, 469 & 471 IPC added lateron) at P.S. Cheema, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
