Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Lovesh Kumar Puri, Advocate for the petitioner. .....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.9 dated 21.1.2013 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

This is second anticipatory bail petition. First anticipatory bail petition has already been decided and dismissed by this Court. Now the only ground given is that a compromise has been effected. This is no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Rather, the fact that the petitioner has stated that a compromise has been effected, it amounts to tampering of the evidence. No ground is made out to allow the second bail petition only on the ground that compromise has been effected. It is HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.02.02 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-2652 of 2015 [2] also not shown as to whether the offence under Section 467 IPC is also not compoundable offence.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
