The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take action against respondent Nos. 6 to 8 who are trying to take illegal possession in land of mosque and creating obstruction in construction of Mosque by considering the representation dated 22.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) and 23.02.2022 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner to various higher police officials including Respondent No.2 to 4, in view of judicial pronouncement delivered by Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India titled as Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. 2014(2) SCC 1.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the main respondent has since died and the petitioner has given a statement before the Investigating Officer that he does not want to pursue the matter.
