Mr. Narinder Singh, Advocate for respondent no.2 *** Learned counsel for the petitioner as well learned counsel for respondent no. 2 has informed that both the spouses are residing together and now the complainant does not have any grievance against her husband. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 states that he does not oppose the petition for grant of pre arrest bail to the petitioner in view of settlement arrived at between the parties.
Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Hardavinder Singh states that since the matter has been resolved amicably between the petitioner and the complainant, the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
