Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to assign the Drawing & Disbursing Authority (DD Authority) of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Kaithal, to the petitioner, on the basis of his qualification and experience. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 01.03.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.
