M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is alleged to have facilitated the release of his son on bail on the basis of a certificate indicating that the prosecutrix was not minor at the time of alleged offence. He has been in custody w.e.f. 1.7.2015.

Without expression of any opinion on merits, this petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
