Present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 30.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report, notices issued for service of the appellants have been received back with the report of 'incomplete address'. Notice issued to Mr. Rajinder Goyal, Advocate, who was earlier representing respondent No.1, has been received back with the report that his client has taken away the brief. Respondent No.2 is stated to have died. No other address of the appellants is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
