The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 07.12.2023, notices were issued to the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. As per the service report, notices issued to the legal representatives of the deceased appellant have been received back unserved with the report that they are not residing at the given address. This is the only address which was given in the amended memo of parties. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
