(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.109 dated 19.07.2016, registered at Police Station Bassi Pathana,, District Fathegarh Sahib, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from investigation officer, has informed that the compromise has been effected between the parties. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.08.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim Naresh Kumar 2016.10.04 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The
