ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.60 dated 20.03.2018 registered under Sections 307, 452, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar, District Amritsar. The operative part of the order dated 05.07.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has been implicated in the case on the basis of the disclosure statement made by the co-accused namely Harmanjit Singh @ Harman and no motive is attributed towards the petitioner.

CRM-M No.27540 of 2018 (O&M) to the order dated 05.07.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also rejoined the investigation in terms of the order dated 10.09.2018 and has handed over the weapon and mobile phone to the Investigating Officer.
Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 05.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
