       Learned counsel for the parties fairly concedes that the issue, as far as it challenges Annexure PA4, has been rendered infructuous as the demand order (Annexure PA4) has been withdrawn by the Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Punjab. As far as the other grievances of the petitioners regarding decision on their representation (Annexure PA3) is concerned, the same has now been taken up and fixed for hearing by the Punjab Pollution Control Board on 03.04.2023 and the petitioner society would be at liberty to take up all the grounds and issues before the said authority.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by learned counsel for the parties and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
