(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned sale notice dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure P-7), passed by the respondent-Bank, vide which the secured assets i.e. Factory, land and building measuring 2167.71 sq. yards situated at village Jamalpur Awana, Shiv Mandir Lane, Opposite Central Jail, Tejpur Road, Tehsil and District Ludhiana as well as Plant and Machinery of dyeing unit (misc. machinery).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
