ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Nakli Ram and others v. State of Haryana and others (RFA No. 3954 of 2001, decided on 03.05.2006), vide which this Court had enhanced the compensation to Rs. 4,80,000/- per acre and dismissed the State appeals, this appeal too shall have to be dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
