It is submitted that respondent no.4 has committed certain acts of omission and commission to the prejudice of the said company which amounts to fraud and embezzlement. A complaint is stated to have been filed and inquired into by SSP Fatehgarh Sahib. By referring to a Memo dated 6.5.2015(P-4) it is suggested that prima facie allegations were found to be correct, however, it was noticed that jurisdiction to complete the investigations was with SSP Patiala.
Grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of reference made in P-4, no action is being taken by the police authorities at Patiala.
