This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 4 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No.39 dated 4.4.2022 under Sections 34, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 and 511 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Rohtak, to some higher police officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after completion of investigation, report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. has been presented to the Court against the main accused/husband. The complainant's husband's family members, i.e., mother-in-law, brother-in-law and his wife, have been placed in Column No.2. Besides, offences under Section 376 read with Sections 511 and 377 IPC have been dropped, as no substance was found in the allegations. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, before the trial Court.
